Terms of Use

Last updated: [DATE]

These terms apply to ebbs.com and EBBS products, provided by Pukeko Sports Marketing Limited, New Zealand.

1. What EBBS is. Educational guidance for parents supporting young soccer players at home. It isn't medical, physiotherapy or professional coaching advice.

2. Safety. You're responsible for supervising your child and choosing a safe space and suitable equipment. Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. If your child has a medical condition or injury, check with a professional first.

3. No guaranteed results. Every child is different. We don't promise specific results, selection, scholarships or performance outcomes.

4. Purchases. Prices are shown in US dollars (GBP on any UK pages) and charged once, as stated on the offer page. Access is for your household's personal use. Please don't share logins, passwords or paid content.

5. Founding access. Founding Parent Access includes the content described on the offer page at the time you buy. New sessions are added over time; we don't promise specific release dates. Access lasts for at least 12 months from your purchase. After that we may keep it open, and we won't remove it without reasonable notice.

6. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

7. Content. All EBBS content is owned by Pukeko Sports Marketing Limited. You may use it for your own family, and you’re welcome to share our free mini sessions with other parents. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute paid content.

8. Your questions. If you send a question, you agree we may answer it in members' content, using your first name only, unless you ask to stay anonymous.

9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of EBBS. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

10. Governing law. New Zealand law, without affecting consumer protections in your own country.
