If any EBBS purchase doesn't feel right for your family, email support@ebbs.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no awkwardness.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Once refunded, access to paid content ends.
• After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
