Free Parent Mini Session
You don't need to coach.
A simple way for us to support our child's soccer - without pressure, stress, or becoming their coach.
Most young soccer players do not need more pressure. They need more confidence.
The Parent Mini Sessions show us how to help our kids grow confidence and skill in soccer with just 15 minutes - calmly, consistently, and without second-guessing ourselves.

Most of us want to help.
We're just not sure what actually matters.
At some point, supporting our kids in soccer gets confusing.
We hear things like:
- "Do more at home."
- "Don't overcoach."
- "They'll fall behind."
- "Just let them play."
So we're left wondering:
- Are we helping… or getting in the way?
- Is what we're doing actually enough?

The Parent Mini Sessions were created to remove that confusion - and replace it with calm, confident support.
Good soccer parents don't overcoach.
They create the right environment.
The Parent Mini Sessions aren't about teaching technique or running drills.
They're about:
- supporting confidence without pressure
- helping our kids enjoy the game
- knowing when to step in - and when to step back
When kids feel supported instead of corrected, they:
- try more
- learn faster
- enjoy soccer longer
And when we feel confident as parents, everything gets easier.
You are the emotional environment.
You are the person whose reaction your child registers before anyone else's. Whose words they carry home after a game. Whose face they look for after a good moment, and more importantly, after a difficult one.
That's a much simpler role than the one most of us have accidentally taken on. It doesn't need soccer knowledge. It needs us to be calm, consistent, and to create small, positive soccer moments at home.
Instead of: "You need to stay tighter. Stop letting them run past you."
Try: "You kept going. That was the main thing."

It started with five calm minutes and a wall.
One of my daughters went through a stretch where nothing in games seemed to come off. One game she blasted a penalty high over the bar. My instinct was to explain and correct. Instead, we spent a few minutes after practice just striking a ball against a wall. No drills. No pressure.
Weeks later she scored twice in two minutes, and turned to me with the biggest smile.
The breakthrough hadn't started in that game. It started at the wall.
Not pressure. Not overcoaching. Not turning soccer into work. Just repetition, confidence, and a child slowly starting to believe: I can do this.
That idea became the foundation of EBBS.

How It Works
A 15-minute rhythm that fits into real family life.
One clear focus each week.
So we're not guessing what matters right now.
One short, guided mini session.
Simple activities we can do at home - no soccer background required.
Ongoing support and perspective.
So we stop overthinking and feel confident about how we're helping.
The three worries that hold most of us back
"Fifteen minutes can't really make a difference."
It can, because it's fifteen minutes that actually happens. My daughter's two goals in two minutes didn't start in that game. They started weeks earlier, with a few calm minutes at a wall. Consistency matters more than intensity.
"I don't know enough about soccer."
We don't need to. Our kids already have coaches. What they need from us is calm, warmth, and someone on their side. Each session shows us exactly what to do, and what to say.
"My child won't want to, and we're busy."
Then we stop, and try again tomorrow. A session that ends early isn't a failed session. It's a child learning that their feelings are heard. Fifteen minutes fits real family life, and it supports club training rather than replacing it.

FAQ
Do I need soccer experience to do this with my child?
No. Everything is designed for parents who want to support their child without becoming their coach.
You'll get simple, clear steps that show you exactly what to do in each 15-minute session.
What age is this best for?
The Mini Sessions are ideal for kids aged 5-12.
Older or younger children can still benefit, but all drills, confidence tools, and session lengths are built with these ages in mind.
How long do the Mini Sessions take each week?
Each session takes 15 minutes - designed to fit real family life.
You can do more if your child wants to, but the whole system is built so busy parents can easily stick to the plan.
Are the videos live?
No. Everything is on-demand, so we can watch and use it on our schedule.
Founding parents can send in questions, and I answer them in a short recorded video every week for the first six weeks. Nobody needs to be anywhere at a set time, and everyone's questions still get answered.
What if we don't have a backyard, or it's cold outside?
Any wall works. A garage, a driveway, a park wall, or a hallway with a soft ball. The sessions were built for small spaces and real weather.
What if my child isn't confident or doesn't enjoy training right now?
That's exactly who this program is for. The Mini Sessions are designed to turn frustration into fun, rebuild confidence, and create quick wins that help your child enjoy soccer again.
What if my child already trains with a club or coach?
Perfect - these sessions support club training, not replace it. Kids improve fastest when they combine short at-home practice with their regular team sessions.
How is this different from YouTube drills?
YouTube drills are random and often overwhelming. The Mini Sessions give you a step-by-step system, with a simple weekly rhythm and confidence-building tools - all designed for parents, not coaches.
Will there be more support later?
Yes. More is planned for families who want to go further, and founding parents will hear about it first.
